Native Plants

We host scheduled native plant sales monthly throughout the growing season. Can't make it to a plant sale? Plants are also available for purchase via email beginning in late May/early June with pickup as arranged. Send order requests to grulergardens@grulergardens.com with the word ORDER in the subject line.  Or use the contact form here on our website. Tell us the plants you would like, quantities of each, your name, email, phone number, and any other message you like. We will check our inventory and respond to you promptly to confirm availability and arrange a pickup time. Native plant orders received less than one week prior to any scheduled sale will be filled the following week with post-sale stock. Plants and flowers are subject to availability. Our inventory is always changing, and there may be additions to or deletions from this list throughout the season based on availability, demand, and growing conditions. Thank you for your interest and support.

Why Buy from Us?

  • As a licensed nursery, we provide daily care for our plants from their seedling stage until they go home with you. As gardeners ourselves, we take pride in the quality of our plants. They are not brought in temporarily from other locations for a one-time sale.

  • We grow our plants from seed or purchase them from wholesale nurseries, most of which are also family owned. When you buy from us you support a network of small local growers.

  • Most of our plants are sold in one-quart sizes, an economical alternative to the more common one-gallon sizes sold at many nurseries. We encourage you to compare the well-developed root systems of our plants with those found elsewhere at higher prices.

  • When we ask you how plants you purchased from us are doing in your garden, we really want to know! We enjoy hearing about your gardening projects and encourage you to tell us about any issues that you may be having so we can help.

  • We are always learning and seeking to improve our offerings. We demonstrate our commitment through continuing education, professional memberships and service to our community.
